1. Package Assignment

Your Instalment options eligibility on Aurelius Ltd is determined based on:

• Credit check
• Income source (for jobholders or business owners)
• Repayment history (for returning users)

This ensures that we provide flexible, responsible, and suitable payment options for all users.

2. Service Charges and Payment Options

Aurelius offers two main payment structures:

• Outright Payment: Pay the full amount at once for your order.
• Installment Plan Pay Small Small (PSS): Pay in smaller, manageable amounts on your order over a short period.

Service Charges:

• Low-Value and Middle-Value Packages: 10% Service Charge
• High-Value Packages: 5% Service Charge

Repayment Responsibility:

• Payment begins on the date of delivery, immediately after order confirmation.
• Users must adhere to their selected payment plan. Failure to do so may result in:
• Late payment penalties
• Reduction of eligibility for future Installment options.
• Restricted access to services
• Engagement of recovery agents (in exceptional cases)

3. Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours after approval.

Users will be notified and can track their order throughout the approval and delivery stages.

4. Refunds

Installment Plan Users:

• Orders can be canceled during the review stage before they move to “approval” or “preparing.”
• Once preparing begins, cancellation is not allowed.
• Processing fees are non-refundable.

Wallet or Outright Buyers:

• Orders can be canceled during review or approved stages, provided the order has not entered “preparing.”
• After approval or once the order is in preparing, refunds of the total value of the order will be credited to your Aurelius Wallet.
• Processing fees remain non-refundable.
• Custom, bulk, or perishable items are not eligible for refunds once confirmed for dispatch. Users are advised to carefully inspect their order upon delivery before confirming receipt.
• All refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and credited to your Aurelius Wallet.

5. Allergens and Dietary Information

Aurelius sources products from a known trusted manufacturers and suppliers.

Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that products are completely allergen-free.

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should exercise caution and verify products and brand descriptions before proceeding from cart.
