Customer Guide: Pay Small Small Foodstuff Plan
Welcome to Aurelius — your flexible, installment-based foodstuff platform.
This guide outlines how the system works, your responsibilities, payment terms, and what to expect as a customer.
1. How It Works
Step 1: Sign Up
To use Aurelius Ltd you must:
Be 18 years or older
Register with your name, email, state, LGA, status, and password
Verify your email
Non-activated users may browse the Home, Category, Shop, Cart, Profile, Outstanding History, Referral, Payment History, but cannot checkout.
Step 2: Account Activation
Click “Activate Account” in your dashboard.
Possess a valid government-issued ID for verification (NIN, Driver’s License, Passport ID, Voter Card).
Perform facial verification.
Step 3: Pay Activation Fee
After successful verification, pay ₦500 (non-refundable).
On successful payment, the platform generates your Aurelius Wallet and a wallet account number.
Step 4: Full Access
With successful verification, you now have full access to Aurelius platforms where you can order outrightly or installmentally.
Step 5: Order
Select your foodstuffs
Add items to cart
Proceed to checkout
Choose Outright or Installment, then fill in the required details and payment structure
Pay the processing fee to initiate order verification
Step 6: Review & Approval
Aurelius Ltd reviews order details and eligibility.
Track your status on the dashboard.
For installment users:
If denied, you may reapply after resolving the stated issue (recommended wait: 14 working days).
Step 7: Select Foodstuff
For installment methods, ensure your foodstuff range doesn’t exceed your tier level.
Once approved, choose foodstuffs within your tier eligibility range:
Low Tier: ₦10,000 – ₦50,000 (Pay Small Small eligibility)
Mid Tier: ₦51,000 – ₦80,000 (Pay Small Small eligibility)
High Tier: ₦81,000 and above
Step 8: Repayment
Repay through your dashboard using your chosen schedule. Payments begin on the delivery date.
Repayment Options (30–60 days cycle):
Low & Mid-level: 14 to 30 days
High-level: 60 days
Payment Structure:
Weekly — 4 equal payments
Semi-weekly — 2 payments per week
Bi-weekly — 2 payments every two weeks
Outright — full payment upfront
All in-app payments are made via Aurelius Wallet or approved gateways.
Step 9: Refund & Returns
No refunds for the ₦500 activation or ₦1,000 processing fees.
2. Outstanding History
View all outstanding balances and history in the Outstanding History section of your dashboard.
Clear outstanding balances to regain full access.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Rules
Provide accurate and truthful information at signup and during KYC.
Follow agreed repayment schedules.
Inspect delivered goods and complete photo verification at delivery.
Do not create multiple accounts or attempt fraud — violations may result in suspension, deletion, loss of referral rewards (if any), or legal action.
4. Order Processing & Approval
Every order requires a processing fee and verification checks (KYC).
Upon approval, items are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
5. Referral Program
Activated users earn rewards when referred users activate and meet program conditions.
Referral earnings and rules are visible in the Referral section.
Aurelius Ltd may update or pause the program anytime.

7. Suspension & Misuse
Aurelius Ltd may suspend or ban accounts for:
Abuse or threats toward staff
False information or identity tampering
System manipulation or impersonation
Consequences include account deactivation, forfeiture of referral earnings, and legal action where necessary.
