Welcome to Aurelius — your flexible, installment-based foodstuff solution. This guide outlines how the system works, your responsibilities, payment terms, and what to expect as a customer.


1. How It Works

Step 1: Sign Up

  • Register with your name, email, state, LGA, country, and password

  • Verify your email

  • Complete facial verification
  • After verification, pay a ₦500 one-time non-refundable fee

Step 2: Account Activation

  • Once verified, access your user dashboard

  • View your profile and assigned account number

Step 3: Apply for Foodstuff Plan

  • Click the “Apply” button

  • Submit a valid government-issued ID and any required documents

Step 4: Pay Processing Fee

  • Pay a ₦1,000 non-refundable processing fee

  • Total initial payment: ₦1,500

Step 5: Review & Approval

  • Your application is reviewed by our team

  • Track your application status on the dashboard

  • If denied, you may reapply within 14 working days after resolving the issue

Step 6: Select Foodstuff

  • Upon approval, select food items based on your credit eligibility

Step 7: Delivery & First Payment

  • Your selected foodstuff will be delivered

  • First installment is due at delivery

Step 8: Repayment

  • Repay via your dashboard account based on your chosen plan

  • Timely payments are required to avoid penalties or restrictions


2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds for the ₦500 application or ₦1,000 processing fees

  • No returns after delivery unless items are:

    • Damaged

    • Expired

    • Spoiled at the time of delivery

If applicable, Aurelius will verify and replace the item at no extra cost.


3. Privacy & Personal Data

  • We protect your data with care

  • To request data deletion:

    • All outstanding balances must be cleared

    • Submit a formal request

    • Data will be deleted within 10 working days


4. Rules & Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful information

  • Follow your agreed repayment schedule

  • Aurelius may terminate access for fraud or policy violations
